Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted with a provider in the EU (Frankfurt region). Technically necessary connection data (for example a shortened or pseudonymised IP address, time and requested page) is processed to deliver the page and to prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form

If you use the contact form we process your name, email address, optionally your company and your message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We also store the time of your consent and a non-reversible hash of your IP address to prevent abuse.

Booking request

For a booking request we process the chosen meeting type, your up to three proposed times, name, email address, optionally company and message to arrange the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Nothing is confirmed automatically.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The widget loads only when you open a form; data is then sent to Cloudflare to detect bots (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

YouTube videos

Videos load only after you click and are embedded via the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com. Only then is a connection to YouTube made.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are deleted once they are dealt with and no statutory retention duty applies. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
